Episode Details

Synopsis	This is the first of 3 shows shot on Kailua Beach. We rarely shoot on Kailua Beach because it is on the windward side of Oahu and the weather is often iffy. Also the sun sets early behind the mountains and doesn't give us as much shooting time as we need. This was a bad weather day. We only got 3 shows shot before the rain washed us out. On the other hand...in weather like this the exercisers are in the shade and it is cooler so expect a very high energy workout.
