Synopsis	We are in the jungle at the Nature Center. It is so humid that even the macaw is sweating. You can see it holding up it's wings to get a little relief. Trella is the perfect aerobics instructor. She is also proficient in Tai Chi and Hula as well as therapeutic massage. However, Gilad has found one move that she has a hard time doing. It is a step-hop from side to side. You can see that move in this series of shows and Gilad gives her trouble about it. It is a funny routine. The area of the day is the back.
