Synopsis Ada and her team are on the tarmac at the Wheeler Air Force Base in Hawaii in front of military choppers and the majestic mountains as the back drop.

Warm up - 5:00
Ada takes you through a series of squats and thigh stretching exercise to warm you up for a strong cardio segment that follows.

Cardio - 5:00
Ada and her team take you through classic low impact aerobics moves done in cadence to help you burn off extra fat and help you improve your aerobic ability.

Strength - 8:00
Ada starts the segment with lateral shoulder raises and adds shoulder contractions to help you reach that burn! Then she finishes this tough shoulder routine with overhead shoulder presses. The triceps are targeted next and then the hips and thighs with front lunges and squats. During the abdominal section Ada combines chest exercises into the routine targeting the abs and chest at the same time!
