Warm up - 5:00 It's a great day to work out and Ada and the crew are ready to warm you up! Cardio - 5:00 This is a strong low impact cardio section that will help you build stamina and improve your aerobic capacity. Strength - 8:00 Light hand weights (optional) are used in this segment where Ada woks on your back muscles, your triceps and your biceps. You will then focus on lower body toning and strengthening exercises and finish up with a thorough abdominal routine. Cool down - 5:00 Today's stretching segment is done in a standing position focusing on back and calf stretches and gentle relaxation exercises. |
