Synopsis | Ada and her team are hosted at Pearl Harbor by the Coast Guard, some of the enlisted personnel can be seen joining the workout on the ship. Warm Up - 5:00 Full body warm up focusing on upper body punching moves and easy squats. Cardio - 5:30 Low impact moves done in sets. Strength - 8:00 Today's workout focuses on the back, biceps, buttocks and calf muscles done with light dumbbells (1-5lbs) for extra resistance. We finish this segment with a short intense abdominal exercises to flatten the abs. Cool Down - 5:00 General cool down mostly on the floor in a supine condition. |
